KUALA LUMPUR, April 3 — The government has decided to implement the enhanced movement control order (EMCO) in two villages in Sarawak, namely Kampung Binyu Baru, Samarahan, and Kampung Binyu Lama, Kuching, from tomorrow until April 17.
